The salt I used is “Morton – Kite Salt, 50% less sodium”. Now give it a try and triple the amounts above ’cause you’re going to want more! I love that they only use 4 ingredients and the main one is nutella … YUM. I add 15 more grams of chocolate from what the calculation gave me online and added a liquid vanilla flavour and maybe one good tablespoon of maple syrup as I wanted my Nutella to be thicker and I kept mixing it until I got the texture I wanted. You can refrigerate it but it will likely harden. What did I do wrong? This looks amazing for dark chocolate addicts. Make sure to use high speed blender to get the smooth texture of this Nutella or else if left chunky it will taste a lot nutty. Also, if they’re pasteurized they tend to stick on more. Wait no more.. I used cacao powder instead of melted chocolate. I wondered if you could tell me how well / how long it keeps for when jarred and how is best to store?
